Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study the Environmental Administration in Angthong Primary Educational Service Area Office, to compare the opinion level of the Environmental Administration in Angthong Primary Educational Service Area Office and to study the problems and the ways for solving the problems of the Environmental Administration in Angthong Primary Educational Service Area Office.
The sampling group used for was 162 teachers and administrators. The statistics used for analysing the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-Way Analysis of Varance : F-test. The result of the research can be summarized as follows;
1.The teachers’ and administrators’ opinions of the Environmental Administration in Angthong Primary Educational Service Area Office, in all three aspects on the whole, were at the highest level 4.54. Being considered as the aspects on the order of mean, it was in the aspect of the environment of physic, management and educational management.
2. From the result of analysing the comparison of the opinion levels from the questionnaire asking for teachers’ and administrators’ opinions of the Environmental Administration in Angthong Primary Educational Service Area Office, in all three aspects, being divided as position, gender, educational qualification and sizes of schools, it has been found that for the teachers and administrators whose positions, gender, educational qualifications and sizes of schools were different, their opinions of the Environmental Administration in Angthong Primary Educational Service Area Office were not different with statistical significance at the level of 0.05. So, it was not going on the set hypothesis.
3. The problems and suggestions of the Environmental Administration in Angthong Primary Educational Service Area Office, in all three aspects, were;
1) In the aspect of management, the problems were that there were no promotion of holding the group of interested people and/or environment conservation assembly, there were no plans of working/ program/ and the activities of environment in schools, no supporting teachers to do the useful activities together with community for environment development on occasions such as the activities of planting, refuse collection and encouraging working plan/ program/ activities of environment in schools.
2) In the aspect of physical environment management, the problems were to plant less shady trees, less flowering trees and less ornamental trees which were shady refreshing, not to promote creating the classroom atmosphere suitable for learning ( enough light, nicely circulated air,  not crowded etc. ) and there were no any measure and guide line of applying energy and resource economically. The suggestions were to promote planting shady trees, flowering trees and ornamental trees which were shady, refreshing and beautiful, to create the classroom atmosphere suitable for learning (enough light, nicely circulated air, not crowded etc. ), there should be any measure and guide line of applying energy and resource economically.
3) In the aspect of educational management, the problems were that there was not analyzing the curriculum on its content of environment study, not promoting teachers to manage learning the environment for integrating related to some other subjects and not supporting  producing making/ supplying the media of environment study for applying in teaching students. The suggestions were that it should analyze the curriculum on its content of environment study, promote teachers to manage learning the environment for integrating related to some other subjects and support  producing making/ supplying the media of environment study for applying in teaching students.
